Design Village is one of Cal Poly’s most unique “Learn-By Doing” experiences. The challenge is simple: design a structure, build it, transport everything by hand to The Architectural Experimental Laboratory, and inhabit the creation for 48 hours. The experience is not only a rite of passage for young architecture students, it creates a vibrant community of creatives who find a home at Cal Poly.
